SHIPPING
Delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 business days, but this may vary depending on where you are located.

Please note that we only sell and ship within Australia and we send all parcels using Australia Post. We have a flat shipping rate of $5.00 for orders of 1-4 boxes and complimentary shipping for orders of 5 or more boxes.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
eyePRO gladly accepts returns of all faulty items within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Faulty items don’t often occur, however if you unfortunately receive a faulty item we will happily refund you the full amount incurred by you (cost of item + shipping costs).

If an item you receive is faulty please contact eyePRO directly at hello@eyepro.com.au within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Please include details of the fault you have encountered and your original order number in this email (photographs are acceptable for visible faults).
• Approved refunds will only be made to the original credit card used for the purchase.
• eyePRO does not accept returns resulting from a change of mind, so please choose carefully.
• We are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.
• eyePRO will endeavor to respond to all refund and exchange enquiries sent by email within 48 hours.
