Throughout this website and any connected social media the use of the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refers at all times to eyePRO. The use of this website and any social media attached to this brand, are at all times governed by the following set of Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, the user is taken to agree to the Terms and Conditions when engaging in the services offered by eyePRO.
By purchasing one of our products or interacting in any way with our brand, you are engaging in our service and we assume that you have read and understood the following set of Terms and Conditions. You therefore agree to be bound by them at all times.
PURCHASING A PRODUCT
When using our online store, you agree to provide any details requested by us, including identifiable information and payment information. When purchasing any of our products you agree that payment will be taken upon the placement of your order.
eyePRO will not complete any order until payment has successfully cleared.
eyePRO reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. eyePRO also reserves the right to cancel an order, if necessary and at any time, without consequence.
MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
eyePRO, at all times, reserves the right to make amendments to our services, products or prices without notice or consequence.
Delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 business days, but this may vary depending on where you are located.
Please note that we only sell and ship within Australia and we send all parcels using Australia Post. We have a flat shipping rate of $5.00 for orders of 1-4 boxes and complimentary shipping for orders of 5 or more boxes.
eyePRO gladly accepts returns of all faulty items within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Faulty items don’t often occur, however if you unfortunately receive a faulty item we will happily refund you the full amount incurred by you (cost of item + shipping costs).
If an item you receive is faulty please contact eyePRO directly at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Please include details of the fault you have encountered and your original order number in this email (photographs are acceptable for visible faults).
• Approved refunds will only be made to the original credit card used for the purchase.
• eyePRO does not accept returns resulting from a change of mind, so please choose carefully.
• We are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.
• eyePRO will endeavor to respond to all refund and exchange enquiries sent by email within 48 hours.
All intellectual property on our website or any of our social media, including photographs, logos, any other images or literature are the property of the author and may not be reproduced either in whole or in part without express consent from the author.

There may be links within our website or social media platforms that direct you to third party websites. eyePRO takes no responsibility for the content of these websites. Any third party website linked to eyePRO will be governed by their own policies and these are not connected to us nor do we do we assess their content or procedures.
Your feedback is valuable to us and we love to share it with others on our website. By providing us with feedback you agree to allow us to publish it in the feedback section of our website. We will at all times endeavor to post the feedback in its entirety, however we reserve the right to make alterations to any part of it that we deem offensive or inappropriate for publication.
Throughout our social media there is an acceptable standard of behavior. All users, when commenting or engaging in any other interaction through our social media platforms, agree to maintain a respectful and courteous standard of communication.
No abuse or foul language will be tolerated. We reserve the right to delete any inappropriate comments and to block users who do not adhere to these conditions.
When commenting on our social media you take full responsibility for the accuracy or content of any comments made. eyePRO will accept no liability or responsibility for anything published by third parties on our social media.
We love seeing our customers post pictures of our products and we love to share these through our eyePRO Instagram. If you tag us in a picture of our product it is implied that you give us permission to re-post your image or use it for other promotional purposes. Images will always be credited to the author and will always remain the property of the author. We will never take credit for any image that is not our own.
ENTIRETY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This set of terms and conditions represents the entirety of the agreement between us and our customers and users. The only time any other Term or Condition will apply is when one is expressly prescribed by statute.
The law that will apply to this Agreement is the law of the State of Victoria, Australia. This Agreement is performable in Victoria and you expressly consent to the personal jurisdiction of the Federal and State courts of Victoria.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
eyePRO reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice or consequence. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be published here and will become effective immediately at the time of publishing.
